Our showrooms remain open despite COVID. To keep our customers and our employees safe, we have implemented the following safety guidelines. The safety of our customers, suppliers, and employees continues to be the highest priority for us.
We have placed barriers in our showrooms that allow our sales team to safely interact with our customers but provide enough space for social distancing.
Our sales teams limit the number of customers in our stores at a given moment. This policy also allows for safe social distancing.
We provide hand sanitizers and facemasks for our customers in our showrooms.
We are frequently wiping off all samples and workspaces in our showrooms.
Our sales, warehouse, and management teams wear masks throughout the day.
Our staff continues to wash their hands often during the day.
Our staff continues to clean and disinfect their work areas multiple times during the day.
Our stores will remain open during our normal business hours (630a – 430p M-F and 8a – 2p on Saturdays).
We encourage our customers to continue to call ahead and relay their orders over the phone. Many of our customers found that calling their orders in ahead of time is faster and more efficient since they are able to be loaded faster by our warehouse crews, saving time and money.
