The Synthetic Grass Store Story

For some property owners, the battle against pests ends up with traps, poison, or an expensive pest control company. But, when rabbits decimated Stephen Mull's lawn and irrigation system, the North Valley homeowner searched for a better answer. His search led him into a whole new career as the owner of a synthetic grass installation company and wholesale distributor of artificial turf and installation products.

The installation of artificial grass proved to be a turning point for Stephen. Along with his wife, Bonnie, he decided that waiting weeks to install a beautiful artificial lawn was unsatisfactory. Stephen called his old friend Doug Porter, a strong leader and get-it-done kind of guy, to help. Stephen and Doug began Arizona Turf Masters.

They met with supply problems early in the business, which Bonnie helped solve when she and Stephen opened The Synthetic Grass Store. The artificial turf ecosystem includes many necessary components, such as turf tools, equipment, machinery, and supplies. Now, The Synthetic Grass Store makes these items readily accessible to landscape designer professionals, architects, home remodeling professionals, pool builders, and everyone else with a passion for landscape design.
